⚠️Republican leaders on the Senate and House foreign affairs committees Senator Risch and Rep. McCaul have opened a joint investigation into Biden administration Iran envoy Robert Malley's links to a secret Iranian government influence network recently exposed by Semafor.
The senior congressmen are asking the Department of state for information on whether Malley was compromised by the Iran Experts Initiative (IEI), according to a copy of their letter to Sec. Blinken obtained by Washington Free Beacon, which is also signed by Senator Hagerty and Rep. Brian Mast.
